A new directory of Doctor of Optometry programs is now open to the public and can be accessed directly or from the top of the ASCO website. The Optometry Programs Admissions Directory allows prospective students, advisors and others interested in optometry programs to search by region, state, degrees offered and other factors in order to find a program that meets their needs. Each school provides its own up-to-the-minute information that appears in the listings, which include characteristics of the OD programs, admission requirements, selection factors, deadlines, deposit information, a profile of a recent entering class and more. The directory home page also provides links to more general information about optometry admissions and a career in optometry as well as to the Optometry Centralized Application Service (OptomCAS).
