Two Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry (AZCOPT) faculty members were recently promoted.
Dr. Alicia Feis was appointed Associate Dean of Academic Affairs after serving as Assistant Dean since 2015. She is tasked with supervising all didactic education and curricular development at AZCOPT. Dr. Feis is a 2008 graduate of Southern California College of Optometry.
Dr. Kaila M. Osmotherly was named Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs. A 2010 graduate of the Pacific University College of Optometry, Dr. Osmotherly became an AZCOPT faculty member in 2011. Prior to being named Assistant Dean, she served as Assistant Director of Clinic Rotations. Dr. Osmotherly oversees clinical education and patient care at Midwestern University’s Eye Institute.
