The recently concluded International Vision Expo & Conference East hosted the largest number of attendees in its history, an increase of more than 6% percent compared with 2013. Student pre-registration also broke a record. The number of pre-registered optometry students was 691, a 70% increase over last year. According to organizers, all of the student programs, including the interactive course led by Dr. Ryan Parker and the networking lunch program, were crowded with enthusiastic participants.
