ASCO’s “Profile of Applicants to O.D. Degree Programs for Fall 2013 Entering Class” is available on the Association’s Web site at http://www.opted.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/Profile-of-Applicants-2013.pdf. The report lists by school the number of male and female applicants, the number of applicants who were in-state, out-of-state or from a foreign country, applicants’ average GPA and average Optometry Admission Test score as well as other data. An additional report, “Profile of the 2013 Optometry Entering Class,” provides similar information and is available at http://www.opted.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/Profile-of-the-Entering-Class-2013.pdf.
