Air Optix plus HydraGlyde is the newest addition to Alcon’s Air Optix portfolio of monthly replacement contact lenses. Air Optix plus HydraGlyde contact lenses merge two unique technologies: SmartShield, which is designed for excellent deposit resistance, and HydraGlyde Moisture Matrix, which aims to deliver longer-lasting lens surface moisture.
The new lenses are expected to be available to U.S. patients in late February 2017 in a power range of +8.00D to -12.00D. The Air Optix family of monthly replacement contact lenses includes a variety of options including clear and color, overnight and flexible wear, toric and multifocal. For more information, click here.
